This property is fully self contained and set in its own grounds some 75 metres from the main Holyhead Road with ample parking and a detached garage for up to 8 cars.
Rear entrance porch with drying room for those wet coats and boots leading into a utility area with separate washing machine and dryer and stainless steel sink unit with hot and cold water. (There is an outside cleaners sink for getting rid of mud on boots)
From the utility room there is access to an excellent shower room and toilet which gives access to a spacious sauna room for up to eight people - ideal after a soggy day on Snowdon!
